1. Shipping Methods
We’ve done the legwork to find the best shipping partners, so you get dependable service every time. Orders typically arrive within 3-9 business days, For Standard Shipping, expect delivery in that timeframe.
2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: *Free on orders over $100 in Canada. For orders in Canada under $100, a calculated rate is provided for your convenience. Orders may be shipped using a carrier other than the selected option if the carrier provides better service.

*Exclusions: Some remote locations might have higher shipping costs that we can’t cover and will not qualify for our free shipping offer.

US & International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders may be shipped using a carrier other than the selected option if the carrier provides better service.
3. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Note that during peak times or promotional events, processing may take a bit longer.
- For Christmas gifts, we recommend taking advantage of our annual Black Friday Event in November to ensure you get your gifts on time for the big day!

Hockey Dad Pro Tip: It is best to order Christmas gifts no later than December 16th to ensure you have what you need under the tree.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s tracking system.

6. International Orders
For orders shipping outside of Canada, please be aware that customs duties and taxes might apply. We do everything on our end to prevent our customers from incurring additional customs duties and taxes, but in some circumstances it cannot be avoided. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
7. Delivery Address
Double-check your delivery address to avoid any hiccups. We can’t be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
